The Computational Biology and Machine Learning Lab (CBML) at TOBB-ETU works on applied and theoretical learning problems with a special focus on bioinformatics. Specifically, chemical compound classification, protein ligand and protein protein interactions, drug response prediction, disease monitoring and outbreak prediction, systems biology and network analysis are among the recent topics we work on.
